Dark Matter not only works with clients directly, but we also white-label our strategic services for preferred partners and agencies. Merkle, a customer relationship marketing agency asked us to create a set of mobile personas a key client. Merkle supplied us with a core set of customer data, which we then replicated in comScore, giving us a holistic view of the customer and their mobile behavior. Ultimately, Dark Matter analyzed over 20 different dimensions of customer behavior including:

» Likelihood of smart phone VS. feature phone
» Receptiveness to mobile incentives and offers
» Preferred mobile sites and applications
» Mobile/Social media usage
» m-CRM potential
