HP 2011-2013 Mobile Roadmap

As a thought leader in the mobile space, HP knew it had to create a unified customer experience that looked beyond mere mobile campaigns and instead focused on using mobile to deliver lifetime value to the customer. As such, HP asked Dark Matter to develop a comprehensive customer shopping experience for 2011-2013. iLoop Mobile Strategy

As a premiere mobile marketing platform, iLoop Mobile knew it needed to create a 360 mobile strategy in an effort “practice what they preached.” Over a six week period, Dark Matter built a comprehensive strategy covering everything from market trends to customer segmentation to target-user device profiling. The final strategy highlighted two key opportunities for iLoop Mobile, which they immediately began working to build. Merkle Mobile Personas

Dark Matter not only works with clients directly, but we also white-label our strategic services for preferred partners and agencies. Merkle, a customer relationship marketing agency asked us to create a set of mobile personas a key client. Merkle supplied us with a core set of customer data, which we then replicated in comScore, giving us a holistic view of the customer and their mobile behavior. NewEgg Mobile Segmentation

As the second largest e-tailer in the country, NewEgg understands the value of mobile throughout the overall customer lifecycle. Teaming up with Goodness Manufacturing, Dark Matter created a mobile segmentation strategy with a detailed approach to using mobile to increase customer loyalty. We found that while NewEgg’s overall audience was quite large, the role mobile plays was very different depending on the customer segment. Read More
